Work

Samples from client films.

A few seconds from each film, a small sample of what we make: surgery, prosthetics and components up close. Every client stays anonymous, every name under NDA.

Geometry

Every feature measured against your drawing.

Your R&D will spot a wrong pitch at a glance, so we check first. They sign the check sheet before a single frame is animated.

  • Microthreads: 4-start, pitch 0.40 mm
  • Macro thread: 2-start, pitch 0.80, lead 1.60 mm
  • Apical flutes: 3, at 120°
  • Apex: rounded, implant length 11.5 mm

Who builds it

Built from your drawings,
or from clear photos.

We model every part from zero in true 3D, from your CAD, drawings and engineering data, or from clear photos.

  • From dental manufacturing.

Our modellers and animators come from dental-product manufacturing. They know the parts they animate.

  • Hundreds of projects.

Our animators work closely with dentists and dental technicians, including on complex surgery: zygomatic and pterygoid implants, sinus lifts.

  • Names under NDA.

Complex animations for some of the world’s leading implant brands. We can’t name them or show the work.

What you get

One checked library. Every format.

We build your system once, as a clean 3D library signed off by your R&D. Every film, loop, still and viewer is cut from it, so the next diameter or market starts from approved geometry.

  • Launch film

    • 4K master in 16:9
    • Textless version for every market
    • Captions as a subtitle file
    • Licensed music; voice-over if you need it
  • Cut-downs

    • 15, 30 and 60-second edits
    • In 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5
    • Captions burned in for silent feeds
  • Booth and LED loops

    • Loops with no visible cut
    • Built to your stand’s pixel map
    • 50 or 60 fps, HAP or ProRes
  • Stills

    • Hero stills up to 8K
    • Transparent cut-outs for print
    • A still from every key shot
  • Interactive 3D

    • GLB and USDZ, ready for AR
    • For your website and sales tablets
    • Exploded and section views
  • Files you own

    • The signed geometry check sheet
    • A clean 3D library of your system
    • Scene-file handover and usage rights agreed in writing

Every project includes

  • We work from your CAD at no extra cost
  • An NDA before any file
  • A fixed written quote before we start
  • Accuracy fixes free, never counted as a round

How we work

Five gates, signed
by your reviewers.

We agree the dates and approvers for every gate, so nothing goes to final render until they sign.

  1. Gate1

    Geometry

    Approved by:

    • Your R&D

We measure your CAD against your drawing. Your R&D signs the check sheet.

  2. Gate2

    Script and claims

    Approved by:

    • Marketing
    • Clinical
    • Regulatory

Every line of script and on-screen text is tied to a claim ID.

  3. Gate3

    Storyboard

    Approved by:

    • Clinical
    • Regulatory

Every protocol step, timed in an animatic. Implied claims are flagged here.

  4. Gate4

    Style frames

    Approved by:

    • Brand

Materials, light and brand look, approved as stills.

  5. Gate5

    Final film

    Approved by:

    • All reviewers

Your reviewers approve the final film before we prepare the agreed masters and cut-downs.

Dates and review windows are agreed for your project before work starts.

Claims stay yours. Text and voice-over come only from your approved copy, and every storyboard frame carries a claim ID.

Who does the work. Our modellers and animators come from dental-product manufacturing. They know the parts they animate.

Pricing

Send us another studio’s quote.

We aim to give you a fixed quote for the same spec at less than half their price. If we can’t, we’ll say so.

Why no price list? A fixed quote for your system is more useful than a rate card written for someone else’s.

Where the savings come from

  • Dental only

Our team comes from dental manufacturing, so the parts and procedures are familiar from the start.

  • Built from your CAD

Your production CAD gives us the starting geometry. We check it against your drawing before building the film.

  • Geometry signed first

Your R&D signs the geometry before animation starts, so fixes happen on a check sheet, not in a re-render.

  • No middle layer

Discuss the brief with the specialists building your film, so technical questions reach the people doing the work.

The comparison stays honest: the same runtime, deliverables, revisions and rights.

No quote to compare? Send your brief and we’ll prepare a fixed quote for your scope.

We compare the same runtime, deliverables, revision rounds and rights, excluding VAT and travel from both quotes. Send your email first; we arrange the NDA before you share the quote or your CAD.

Your files

Your CAD,
step by step.

Your production CAD may be pre-launch and pre-clearance. We agree how it will be handled before you send it.

  1. NDA signed before any file

  2. Only what the camera sees

  3. Transfer method agreed before upload

  4. Named access: only your project team

  5. Used for your project only

  6. Review copies are video, never CAD

  7. Retention and deletion agreed in writing

Project access and any service providers are agreed before transfer. No portfolio use without written consent.

FAQ

Questions your reviewers will ask.

  1. Do you work from our CAD? What if we only have drawings?

Yes. Send STEP, Parasolid or native CAD; a defeatured file is fine for anything off camera. Only drawings? We rebuild the part, your R&D signs it off, and you keep the clean model.

  2. How do you protect an unreleased product?

Under NDA, from the first file. Before transfer, we agree who can access the files, the transfer method and retention or deletion terms. Reviews use video, not CAD. Portfolio use needs your written consent.

    Read our security practices
  3. Will the film say or show anything we haven’t approved?

No. On-screen text and voice-over come only from your approved copy. Your clinical lead signs the protocol sheet, and any visual that could imply a claim is flagged for your reviewers before it is animated.

  4. How do revisions work, and what if our design changes?

Your quote sets the revision rounds and correction terms. A round is one consolidated list from all your reviewers. Design changes after the script gate are quoted before we start them.

  5. How long does it take?

We agree the schedule after reviewing your scope, source files and reviewers’ availability. Each gate and the final delivery have a date in your project agreement. We also confirm the free test render’s delivery date before starting.

  6. What does a film cost?

It depends on runtime, deliverables and rights. We review your brief and give you a fixed written quote. Already have another studio’s quote? We compare the same spec, with no scope cut to lower the price.

  7. Can you quote less than half another studio’s price?

That is our aim for the same scope and spec. Send the quote under NDA and we’ll check the runtime, deliverables, revision rounds and rights. If we can’t quote less than half, we’ll say so.

  8. Who owns the films and the 3D files?

We agree usage rights and file handover in writing before work starts. Your agreement identifies the films, 3D files and editable scenes you receive, plus any third-party licences for music, fonts or voice-over.

  9. Is REF-1, the implant on this page, a real product?

No. REF-1 is our demonstration design: tapered, bone-level, Ø4.0 × 11.5 mm, with a 20° conical connection (10° per side) and a hex index. It is a visual example, not a commercial implant or a clinical specification.

Free test render

Judge us on your own part first.

Send one component from your own CAD (a released product is fine). We agree the brief and delivery date under NDA. You get:

  • A 4K still of your part
  • A 5-second turntable
  • Our geometry check sheet: drawing vs model
  • Yours to keep, whatever you decide
