What we collect
- When you send a request
- Your work email, what you need and your timing. If you fill in the optional second step: your name, company, role, CAD status, project funding status, NDA preference and a short note. With it we record a reference number, the page you sent it from and simple anti-spam signals, such as how long the form was open.
- When you email us
- Your email address, sender name, subject, message and any attachments you send. Messages to hello@dentanima.com, privacy@dentanima.com and accessibility@dentanima.com are received by Resend and forwarded to our Google Gmail inbox. The complete original message, including its attachments, is retained in Resend Receiving; a copy is included with the forwarded email when it is within the forwarding size limit.
- Technical data
- Your IP address, held briefly in server memory to limit repeated form submissions, and the standard request logs our hosting provider keeps for security (IP address, browser type, time of request). If delivery of a form request fails, its contents and reference are also recorded in hosting logs so we can recover the enquiry.
- In your browser
- Preferences stored only on your device, such as whether you paused motion. They are not sent to us.
- No files through the website. We agree an NDA and the transfer method before any CAD is exchanged.
- No patient data. Do not include patient-identifiable information in the form or an email. For CBCT-based anatomy we ask for de-identified exports.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not profile you.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote or test render: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the site and the form secure and stop abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep business and tax records if you become a client: our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked for them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. We never sell personal data.
Who receives it
Only the people who handle your request, and the service providers that run this site for us: Vercel for website hosting and form processing, Resend for email delivery and receipt, and Google Gmail for the inbox where we handle enquiries.
Client project files are handled separately, under the NDA and file-handling terms agreed for your project. Read our security practices.
International transfers
Website hosting and email providers may process data outside your country. Ask us about the providers used for your enquiry. Project-specific data-processing and transfer requirements are agreed before you share project files.
How long we keep it
- Requests that don’t lead to a project are deleted from our inbox and tools once they are closed and no longer needed for follow-up.
- If you become a client, we keep contract and invoicing records for as long as tax and company law require.
- Email originals and attachments may be stored in Resend Receiving and our Google Gmail inbox. Provider retention and backup settings also apply; contact us if you want to request deletion of an enquiry or its attachments.
- Rate-limiting data in server memory is discarded automatically. Hosting logs, including any form requests recorded for recovery after a delivery failure, follow Vercel’s retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To make a request, write to hello@dentanima.com. We handle requests within the time required by applicable law.
You can also complain to a data-protection authority: in the EU, the authority where you live or work; in the UK, the ICO; in Switzerland, the FDPIC; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them. How we protect client CAD is set out in our security practices.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
